PJ Interiors, in collaboration with our European sister company DARO Interiors, successfully delivered a centre-floor equipment refit for the Primark store in Arese, Milan. The 9-week fit out project was carried out exclusively during night shifts, allowing the store to trade as normal throughout the day. Our team worked closely with Primark’s in-store staff to minimise disruption, maintaining a clean, organised, and customer-ready environment by the start of each trading day. Precision planning and efficient execution were essential to ensure that the store appeared untouched, despite extensive overnight works. The project demonstrates our ability to operate within live retail environments, coordinating seamlessly with store teams and delivering high-quality results on schedule. All while ensuring zero impact on daily operations.
