PJ Interiors successfully delivered the Spring/Summer rollout project for Primark across multiple store locations.

Two dedicated teams were deployed: one supporting stores throughout Scotland and Ireland, and another operating across France. Careful planning was required to determine the most efficient travel routes between stores, ensuring deliveries and installations were completed on schedule.

Operatives met delivery vehicles on site, unloaded goods, and assembled equipment within back-of-house (BOH) areas, keeping workspaces clean and organised at all times. Site reports were completed for each location and shared with the client, providing clear visibility on progress and completion.

This project demonstrates PJ Interiors’ ability to coordinate multi-country retail programmes through smart logistics planning, hands-on installation, and consistent communication.
