PJ Interiors successfully delivered the M&S Merry Hill Fashion, Home and Beauty reset, completing a 19-week programme within a live trading environment.

The project comprised a shopfit and loose equipment installation, carefully coordinated to minimise disruption while the store remained open to customers. Working predominantly night shifts, our team maintained strict safety controls and efficient sequencing to ensure smooth progress across all departments.
