Scope of Works
- Bespoke joinery to the Penthouse and 17 Junior Penthouses: wardrobes, wall panelling, integrated storage, and feature elements
- Lift lobby joinery on 30 residential floors, including timber panelling, trim, and integrated signage
- Fully bespoke elements in amenity spaces
